Product Description
Methyl Folate 400ug uses the methylated form of folate for optimum absorption and utilisation in the body. It is estimated that 30-40% of the population are not able to methylate folate and will need to use a biologically active form of folate to ensure that methylation processes are not limited in the body.

Methylation is essential for the activation of many molecules and optimising the methylation process is also associated with lowering homocysteine level.
