UK ORDERS
We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders of £20 or more.
Goods are despatched free of charge by second class post, normally within 24 hours of receipt of your order. There is a nominal £2.50 post & handling charge for all UK orders of less than £20.00.
Need your order faster?
If you require 1st class post this will cost £3 for all orders £20 and over and £3.50 on orders of less that £20. If ordering online at the point of check out this will be automatically added.
For first class deliveries please allow between 1 - 2 working days. Otherwise parcels are sent 2nd class with delivery between 3-4 working days, however, it may take longer during busy periods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
European/Eire orders: Above postage fees apply + 10% of the order value
Other parts of the world: Above postage fees apply + 25% of the order value
Please allow up to 4 working weeks for delivery, but normally 1 week.
Delivery Exemptions and Restrictions
Our website provides a dropdown list of countries where we are currently able to ship. Depending on your location there may be restrictions on product availability and delivery. International deliveries may be subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions and are therefore at your risk. Whist we do everything we can to ensure smooth transit, we have no control over any additional charges that may arise, and we cannot predict their amount. We will not be responsible if products are delayed or not delivered to you due to seizures under customs or other restrictions. However, we will do everything we can to provide insight at the point of purchase and aid a resolution should any issues arise.
